1. Scope of services
We provide private security and property protection services: on-site guarding, access control, mobile patrols, construction site security, event security and vacant property monitoring. The precise scope, hours, locations and deliverables for any engagement are set out in the proposal we send you and are confirmed in writing before cover begins.
2. Prices and confirmation
Our prices are quoted in euros, per officer-shift or per project. We state which basis applies. A proposal is an estimate based on the information you have given us; if the site conditions differ materially we will tell you and re-quote rather than invoice a figure you did not agree to.
3. Payment
Payment terms, invoicing frequency and any deposit requirement are set out in the proposal and in our contract. Amounts are stated in euros. Prices exclude taxes and duties unless we expressly say otherwise.
4. Place of performance
Services are provided at the client location specified in the proposal. We arrange coverage according to each project’s location, operating hours and protection requirements. Our registered office is not a place of performance and is not an operating address.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Either party may propose changes to the agreed scope; changes take effect when confirmed in writing. Cancellation terms depend on the notice period stated in your proposal — we set these before you commit, because a cancellation window that suits us rather than you is not a fair default.
Where cover is cancelled with the agreed notice, work performed to that point is chargeable. Where we cancel without the agreed notice, we do not charge for cover we did not deliver.
6. Duties and responsibility
We carry out security services with the skill and care expected of the profession. We do not warrant that a site will be free from loss, damage or incident; any security provision reduces risk but cannot remove it.
You remain responsible for the security of your own premises, and for maintaining your own locks, access control systems and procedures. We will work within your procedures and flag anything we believe needs attention.
7. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to us with the site, the date and what happened. We will acknowledge, investigate and respond. Contact: service@hunter-security.services
8. Governing law
The governing law and any dispute forum are stated in the contract for the specific engagement. We do not apply a single jurisdiction to every client: the appropriate forum depends on where the site is and what the parties agree.

Notice periods set up front
Cancellation terms are in the proposal — before you commit, not after.
Risk reduced, not removed
We do not warrant a site will be free from loss or incident. Security provision reduces risk.
