What we collect
Our enquiry forms on this site ask for the site type, the operating hours you need covered, the number of officers required, your protection requirements, and your name, email address and — optionally — a phone number and organisation.
We collect these because we cannot prepare a proposal without knowing what you need covered and how to reply to you. We do not ask for special category data and our forms do not accept it.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of what was agreed if the enquiry proceeds to a contract. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed to a contract are retained for 24 months from the last contact so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, enquiry records are retained for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period that applies to the associated records.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
Our enquiry forms do not set advertising or analytics cookies. What this site stores in the browser is described on the Cookies page.
Changes to this page
If our handling of enquiry data changes, this page is updated and the review date above changes with it.
We ask for little
Enough to scope the work and reply. Our forms do not accept special category data.
We do not sell it
No marketing use, no third-party sharing for anyone else’s purposes.
You can change your mind
Ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
