Four stages, agreed in writing before the first shift
Each stage produces something you can read and challenge before it becomes live.
- 01
Site assessment
Access points, blind spots, occupancy pattern and the risks that matter to your operation — not a generic checklist.
- 02
Officer plan
Numbers, shift lengths and patrol intervals set against your operating window, with the reasoning written down.
- 03
Deployment
Officers briefed on your procedures, escalation contacts and site rules. The same officers stay on your site where possible.
- 04
Reporting
Patrol records and incident reports handed to you on an agreed cycle, including the periods where nothing happened.
What we ask for, and what we do not
A short conversation covers most of it. We would rather ask twice than quote blind.
| We need from you | We do not need from you |
|---|---|
| How the building or site is used | A formal tender document |
| When it is occupied, and by whom | A security consultant’s report |
| What would concern you most if it went wrong | A pre-written specification |
| Any existing procedures we should work within | An existing provider’s contract to match |
What changes, and how we handle it
If your requirement changes — a building gets occupied later, an event expands, a site becomes unattended — tell us. Replanning is a normal part of the service rather than a new project.
The reporting cycle is the point where that usually surfaces: patrol records show what is being checked and how often, and whether that still matches what you actually need.
- Scope changes take effect when confirmed in writing
- Cancellation notice periods are set before you commit
- Reporting cycle agreed at the outset, not after the fact
What we do not do
We do not promise that nothing will happen. Any security provider who does is describing a marketing position, not a service.
We do not work to a fixed officer ratio pulled from a generic site classification without checking your actual access pattern.
We do not rotate unfamiliar officers through your site where a consistent presence matters.
Pricing
Quoted per officer-shift or per project. We will tell you which basis applies and why before you commit to anything.
There is no fixed package, because a warehouse at night and a retail floor at opening do not carry the same risk.

You do not need a site survey or a formal brief to begin.
- How the site is used
- When it is occupied
- What would concern you most
