Common questions before you enquire
These come up often enough to answer here rather than in the first reply.
How are officers arranged?
Numbers, shift lengths and patrol intervals are set against your operating window and the site’s own activity, then confirmed in writing.
How is patrol frequency decided?
By the risk and the amount of ground to cover. Intervals can be increased around known busy periods or reduced if the site profile changes.
How is event cover scoped?
By attendance, entry points and duration. We agree the officer count and the search and access arrangements beforehand.
How is vacant property monitored?
On a schedule of inspection visits, with condition checks and a written record of each attendance.
How are incidents reported?
Patrol records and incident reports are handed to you on an agreed cycle — including the quiet periods.
How is the price confirmed?
Quoted in euros, per officer-shift or per project. We state which basis applies before you commit.
