The process

Four stages, agreed in writing before the first shift

Each stage produces something you can read and challenge before it becomes live.

  1. 01

    Site assessment

Access points, blind spots, occupancy pattern and the risks that matter to your operation — not a generic checklist.

  2. 02

    Officer plan

Numbers, shift lengths and patrol intervals set against your operating window, with the reasoning written down.

  3. 03

    Deployment

Officers briefed on your procedures, escalation contacts and site rules. The same officers stay on your site where possible.

  4. 04

    Reporting

Patrol records and incident reports handed to you on an agreed cycle, including the periods where nothing happened.

What we ask for, and what we do not

A short conversation covers most of it. We would rather ask twice than quote blind.

We need from youWe do not need from you
How the building or site is usedA formal tender document
When it is occupied, and by whomA security consultant’s report
What would concern you most if it went wrongA pre-written specification
Any existing procedures we should work withinAn existing provider’s contract to match
After deployment

What changes, and how we handle it

If your requirement changes — a building gets occupied later, an event expands, a site becomes unattended — tell us. Replanning is a normal part of the service rather than a new project.

The reporting cycle is the point where that usually surfaces: patrol records show what is being checked and how often, and whether that still matches what you actually need.

  • Scope changes take effect when confirmed in writing
  • Cancellation notice periods are set before you commit
  • Reporting cycle agreed at the outset, not after the fact
Deployment planning

What we do not do

We do not promise that nothing will happen. Any security provider who does is describing a marketing position, not a service.

We do not work to a fixed officer ratio pulled from a generic site classification without checking your actual access pattern.

We do not rotate unfamiliar officers through your site where a consistent presence matters.

Pricing

Quoted per officer-shift or per project. We will tell you which basis applies and why before you commit to anything.

There is no fixed package, because a warehouse at night and a retail floor at opening do not carry the same risk.

Three answers is enough to open a conversation

You do not need a site survey or a formal brief to begin.

  • How the site is used
  • When it is occupied
  • What would concern you most
